Hello everyone! I hope that you had a blessed Thanksgiving, and are gearing up for the Christmas season as it quickly approaches. I don’t know about you, but it seems as if the semester has flown by us in the blink of an eye. It has been such a blessing to lead the students of Neill’s Creek during this time, and it is clear already that God is at work in the lives of each and every one that has come through our doors. Ask-ing the question, “How does our story connect with God’s story?” on Wednesday nights, it has been our goal to find the intersections of the Bible and the lives we daily live, ultimately culminating in one: the person and spirit of Jesus. The Youth have been quite busy over the past month, and that busyness will only continue as the year comes to a close. We would like to thank you, the church, for your continued support of our youth program, which would be impossible to continue without your help. The cake auction fundraiser was a great success, and we specifically would like to thank all who contributed to it. Your support allows us to partake in activities such as lock-ins, Winterspree, summer camp, and more. Youth is an integral time in the spiritual formation for all persons, and it is during this time that I pray our students will feel free to be the people they were created to be, ultimately learning that it is only through Christ that the full and complete life is found. If I can ever be of any help to you, please do not hesitate to reach out. From myself and all of our youth, thanks for all you do, we love you!
*If your student has not yet signed up for Winterspree, please let me know ASAP if they would like to attend. Once payments are sent in, spots will be final.
